Dental marketing agency pricing and what dentists pay per month for Facebook ads, social media and video

Twenty US dental marketing vendors read first-party, thirteen print a price. Meta ads management starts at $275 to $599 a month plus spend, social posting runs $145 to $1,550, and one month on $750 of media costs $1,025 to $1,687.50 through a vendor.

Short answer: the US dental marketing vendors that print a price charge $275 to $600 a month to manage Facebook and Instagram ads, $145 to $1,550 a month for social posting, and $750 to $3,999 a month for a full bundle, with ad spend paid on top in every case. Of the twenty US vendors we read on 14 October 2026, thirteen publish at least one number. Several of the best known, Golden Proportions, Scorpion and Progressive Dental among them, publish none.

Search for dental marketing agency pricing and most of what comes back is ranked agency lists and agency blogs giving ranges for "most practices". That does not tell an office manager what a quote should look like. So we read the vendors' own pricing pages, the agencies, the Facebook ads specialists and the software, and put what they print onto one unit: one single location practice, one month of Meta ads.

A disclosure first. We sell a generator that writes briefs and timed scripts for short video ads, including dental Facebook ad scripts. We do not manage ads, post to your accounts or build websites, so we are in none of the tables. We have an interest in the section on video creative near the end, and we say so there.

How much does a dental marketing agency cost per month?

It depends on which of three things you are buying, because "dental marketing" covers all of them and they are priced on different meters: someone to run your paid ads, someone to post on your social accounts, or a bundle that adds a website and SEO. These are the US vendors that print a number on their own site.

VendorWhat it sellsPublished priceTerms printed
DelmainMeta ads management for dentistsThree plans "starting at $275/month"No setup fee; higher tiers say "Get Pricing"
Practice CafeA la carte dental marketingPaid social management "Starts at $295/month"; social posting $145 a month; practice video $2,950 once"Month-to-month"
Main Street ROIFacebook ads for dentists onlyManagement "starts at $500 per month"You pay Facebook directly; 30 days written notice to cancel
GargleAds, social and full suite for dentistsAd agency (Google and Meta) $599 plus 5 percent of ad spend; social posting $245 or $445 a month; extra video ad $199 eachNo contract term on the pricing page
Lasso MDBundles with website, SEO and social$750, $1,250, $1,500 or $2,000 a month; Facebook ads billed as "Ad Budget + 25%"; video shoot $7,000No term or setup fee stated
LYFE MarketingSocial media for dentists$750 a month for image posts; $1,350 or $1,550 a month for vertical video"No Setup Fee"
Circulation DentalDental marketing packagesFrom $1,200 a month per location; social account management from $600 a monthSix month minimum on plans with SEO
Whiteboard MarketingDental marketing tiersFrom $860, $1,600 or $2,700 a month; social boosting in the upper twoA setup fee applies, amount not printed
New Patients FlowDental marketing tiers$999, $1,999 or $3,999 a month; only the top tier manages Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads and adds video shootsSetup $1,999 to $5,999 once; ad spend minimum $1,000 to $3,000; no contracts
Dental Marketing ToolSelf-serve software with Meta and Google ad templates$497 a month or $4,970 a year"Setup is free", "No contracts, cancel anytime"
DesignityGeneral creative agency, not dental only$5,995 or $8,995 a month; social add-on $495 a monthMonth to month

Two software vendors also print something. Weave says "starting from $199 per month" and lists no Facebook ads or social video feature on the pricing page. RevenueWell prints no fee at all, only a recommended monthly ad spend of $750, $1,300 or $2,500 by plan, with every fee behind "Get Pricing".

And these print nothing. Golden Proportions Marketing sends its pricing address to a contact page. Scorpion publishes no price but does say it "typically requires a 12-month contract for our marketing technology", with ad services usually month to month. Progressive Dental, Pain-Free Dental Marketing and Dental Marketing Guy have no price on their sites, and their pricing addresses return a 404. ProSites, Firegang, Officite, PBHS, My Social Practice and Smile Savvy blocked or refused our reader, so they are not in the table at all, which is not the same as saying they hide their prices.

What does one month of Facebook ads cost a dental practice?

Take $750 of Meta media for one month. That figure is not ours: it is the lowest recommended monthly ad spend on RevenueWell's dental plans page. Main Street ROI suggests a similar floor from the other side, a combined $1,000 a month with $500 of spend and $500 of management. Here is what the published prices add on top of $750 of media.

RoutePaid to MetaPaid to the vendorMonth one total
Run it yourself in Ads Manager$750$0$750
Delmain, entry plan$750$275$1,025
Practice Cafe, paid social management$750From $295From $1,045
Main Street ROI$750From $500From $1,250
Dental Marketing Tool, ads run yourself from its templates$750$497$1,247
Gargle ad agency$750$599 plus 5 percent of $750 ($37.50)$1,386.50
Lasso MD Starter with the Facebook ads add-on$750$750 bundle plus 25 percent of $750 ($187.50)$1,687.50
New Patients Flow Market DominatorAt least $3,000$3,999 plus $5,999 setupAt least $12,998

The spread is the point. On the same $750 of media, the vendor share ranges from $275 to $937.50, and the one tier that bundles ad management with video shoots is built for a practice spending at least four times as much. A percentage fee looks small at low spend and grows with you: at $3,000 of media, Lasso MD's 25 percent is $750 a month before the bundle.

None of these numbers say anything about results. A practice that books four new patients from that $750 has a very different month from one that books none, and no vendor's price list tells you which you will be.

What does dental social media marketing cost?

Posting to your own accounts is priced separately from paid ads, and it is cheaper. Practice Cafe's posting add-on is $145 a month and Gargle's social content and posting is $245 or $445. Circulation Dental's account management starts at $600, and Lasso MD sells social as a $500 or $750 add-on. LYFE Marketing sits at the top of the range, and it is the clearest about why: its $750 plan is image posts, and the $1,350 and $1,550 plans are vertical video for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

That gap, $600 to $800 a month between images and video at the same vendor, is the market telling you what the expensive part is. It is not posting. It is making video that someone will watch.

How much does dental video for Facebook ads cost?

Here is the section where we have an interest, since we sell one of the routes. The published prices for the creative itself, read on the same day:

  • Lasso MD: a video shoot add-on at $7,000.
  • Practice Cafe: a practice video at $2,950, one time.
  • Gargle: extra video ads for social at $199 per video, up to three minutes.
  • LYFE Marketing: vertical video posts inside the $1,350 and $1,550 monthly plans.
  • New Patients Flow: quarterly video shoots, only inside the $3,999 tier.

A shoot gives you polished footage of the office. What it rarely gives you is the thing dental Facebook ads run on: the dentist answering one question a new patient actually asks, filmed on a phone between appointments, a new one every few weeks as the old ones tire. That video costs nothing to film. The hard part is the script, because the first line decides whether Meta approves the ad and whether anyone stops. "Embarrassed by your smile?" implies a personal attribute and gets rejected. "Pain-free dentistry" is a claim the Texas dental board lists as misleading. A patient on camera needs a signed HIPAA authorization first.

A brief and script generator writes that script for $49 a month, with the first brief needing no account. You film it, add your name and designation line, and run it yourself or hand it to whichever vendor above manages your ads. The Facebook ads for dentists page shows what the script contains and quotes the Meta, HIPAA, FTC and state board rules it is written around. If you would rather pay a person per script, we put freelance rates for one 30 second ad side by side in video ad scriptwriter rates.

Is $1,000 a month enough for dental marketing?

For Facebook ads alone, yes, on the published numbers. $1,000 covers $725 of media and Delmain's entry plan, or $500 of media and Main Street ROI's starting fee, which is the split that vendor itself recommends as a minimum. It is not enough for a bundle with a website and SEO: the lowest bundle we found, Lasso MD Starter at $750, leaves $250 for media, and several vendors print starting points of $1,200 to $2,700 before any spend.

Where the money leaks is rarely the fee. It is the call nobody answers. A Facebook lead who rings at 12:30 and gets voicemail books somewhere else, so before raising the budget, check how many ad calls the front desk misses at lunch and after hours. An AI receptionist that answers and books appointments is one way to cover those hours; a second person on the phones is another.

Questions to ask before you sign

  • Ask for the fee as a dollar figure at your real ad budget. "Ad budget plus 25 percent" and "$599 plus 5 percent" are not comparable until you put your number in.
  • Ask for the contract term in writing. The vendors that print prices are mostly month to month, but Circulation Dental has a six month minimum on SEO plans and Scorpion says its technology typically needs twelve months.
  • Ask who owns the ad account. Main Street ROI says you pay Facebook directly and it takes no commission on spend. If an agency runs ads from its own account, ask what you keep when you leave.
  • Ask how many new videos you get each month. A plan with one shoot a quarter means the same few ads run for three months.
  • Ask who collects the patient authorizations. If a patient appears in an ad, HIPAA requires a signed marketing authorization, and the practice is the covered entity whoever edits the video.
  • Ask to see every script before the ad runs. The license on the line is yours. Texas, for one, presumes every advertisement was approved by the dentist named in it.

If you run another regulated local practice, we did the same exercise for pharmacy marketing agencies and mortgage marketing agencies.

All prices were read on each vendor's own website on 14 October 2026. Vendors change prices, so check the live page before you sign anything.
