Trust and safety, and the things we refuse to fake

UGCMarketplace writes UGC briefs and short-form video scripts with AI. It does not supply creators, film video, or handle anyone's payouts. Everything below is something we can actually stand behind: what happens to your inputs, who can read your briefs, and what you get when the model fails.

Your inputs are not resold

The product description you type in is used to generate your brief and nothing else. We do not sell it, license it to third parties, or hand it to advertisers.

Briefs stay private to your account

Generated briefs and scripts are visible to you in your own account. We do not publish them, share them with other users, or put them in a public gallery.

AI-written, and we say so

The brief and the script are written by Google Gemini from what you describe. We label that plainly everywhere rather than implying a human strategist wrote it.

No fake or placeholder output

You never see canned filler dressed up as a generated brief. If the model returns nothing usable, we say so instead of showing you something we made up.

No creator directory to sell you

We do not run a roster of creators, so we never sell you access to people we have not met or verified. The brief describes who to recruit, and you do the recruiting.

Stripe handles the payments

Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. We can see that a subscription is active; we cannot see your card number.

Ownership and usage

The briefs you generate are yours

Rights should never be a gray area. Here is exactly what you can do with the text the generator writes for you.

  • The brief and the script are yours to use, including commercially, with no extra license to buy.
  • Hand them to any creator you hire, or shoot from them yourself. We are not party to that arrangement.
  • Use them to write and run your own paid ads on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta.
  • We claim no ownership over your generated briefs and do not reuse your product descriptions as marketing.
  • Downloads on the free demo carry a watermark. Pro and Studio downloads are clean; nothing else about the text differs.

What UGCMarketplace is, and what it is not

It is

An AI UGC brief and script generator

You describe your product and get a full brief, a scene-by-scene short-form script with a three-second hook, the technical requirements, and a description of the creator to go and recruit.

It is not

A creator agency, roster, or production house

We do not match, book, verify, or pay creators, we do not film or edit video, and we do not review anybody's deliverables. Finding and hiring the creator is your job, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

When the model is unavailable or returns something unusable, you get a plain error and nothing is saved against your monthly count. See the FAQ for the rest, including FTC disclosure, which is your responsibility for the ads you run.
