Short answer: of the roofing marketing agencies we checked, ten put a price on their own website. A roofer who wants someone else to run Facebook and Instagram ads pays a management fee of about $1,999 to $4,211 a month at the agencies that price Meta specifically, and the first year costs about $6,959 to $61,643 in fees before a dollar goes to Meta. None of the ten says how many ad creatives you get each month, and the one that describes its Meta work most plainly builds it from your footage.
Search for roofing marketing agency pricing and you get ranges written by agencies: "$1,500 to $10,000 or more", "depends on your market". That is true and does not help a roofing company owner with a proposal in their inbox. So we read the pricing pages of the roofing marketing companies we could find, on their own sites on 1 October 2026, and put them on one basis: what the first year of having someone run your paid social costs in fees, and what you actually get for it.
A disclosure first. We sell a generator that writes briefs and timed scripts for short video ads, including roofing Facebook ad scripts. We do not run ads, build websites or sell leads, so we are in none of the tables below. We have an interest in the point about creative near the end, and we say so there.
How much does a roofing marketing agency cost?
It depends on what the agency sells, and roofing marketing companies sell very different things under the same name. Some build and host a website, some do search rankings, some run paid ads, and a few sell leads by the piece. These are the ones that publish a number.
| Company | What it sells | Published price | Terms and what is included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hook Agency | Separate service lines | Meta Ads $3,000 a month and up, PPC $2,000 a month, SEO $2,800 a month, AEO $4,000 a month ($2,000 with SEO) | Meta work is "creative-driven", built "with your brand, footage, and offers". No count of ads stated |
| Built-Right Digital | Separate service lines | Meta $1,999 a month, Google Ads $999 a month, Local Services Ads $299 a month, SEO $999 to $3,499 a month | Flat fee, ad spend not included. Meta includes "dynamic ad variant" layouts, no count stated |
| Roofing Revenue Marketing | Tiered full programs | $1,537, $2,603 and $4,211 a month, each with a matching one-time onboarding fee and $225 to $575 a month hosting and software | Meta Ads only in the top tier. 12-month commitment. Works only with roofers doing $1M or more a year. Recommends at least $1,500 a month of ad budget per channel |
| BaaDigi | Tiered growth plans | $297, $497 (plus $995 setup), $1,397 and $3,997 a month | Month to month. Ad spend separate from the $497 tier up. Does not name which ad channels each tier covers |
| LokalHQ | Local marketing plans | $1,500 a month and up | Month to month |
| Blue Collar Media Group | Video, website and ads | $2,500 a month and up | "strategy, production, website deployment, and ads management". No video count stated |
| Capture Video and Marketing | Home services video editing | $2,250 to $4,950 a month for editing, filming sessions $9,750 to $11,750 | "Unlimited Videos" on the editing plans, so no per-video price |
| Footbridge Media | Websites and social posting | Website and SEO package with "$0 Setup Fees"; Facebook posting $199 a month, about $50 more with Instagram | The social product is organic posting, three posts a week. It is not ad management |
| Skill Mammoth | Websites and support | Websites $100 to $400 a month on 12 or 24 month terms, support $350 to $1,500 a month | Top website tier includes one professionally shot interview video |
| Minyona | Pay per lead | $50 to $200 per qualified lead, or $200 to $400 per booked appointment | Setup fee listed at $2,000 (struck through from $4,000), no monthly retainer, leads exclusive |
A lot of the market publishes nothing. Web Tonic's pricing page lists no dollar amounts and asks for $500,000 in revenue or $15,000 a month in ad spend. Inshalytics shows three tiers without prices. Roofing Webmasters shows only a small introductory charge and "Call for Details". Jives Media, Roofing Business Partner, Scorpion and Zio Advertising's agency service list no price either, and Contractor Gorilla's pricing page returned an error when we checked.
Two figures that circulate in roofing agency roundups do not match the vendors' own sites. A widely copied "$3,000 a month" for Web Tonic appears in Web Tonic's own blog listicle, but its pricing page publishes no number. And the same listicle calls Hook Agency "quote-based", while Hook's pricing page lists every service with a price.
What does it cost to have an agency run roofing Facebook ads for a year?
Between about $7,000 and $62,000 in fees, a spread of roughly nine times, and that is before any money reaches Meta. These are the four published offers where paid ads are clearly part of the fee, multiplied out over twelve months with any setup or onboarding fee added.
| Offer | Arithmetic | First-year fees | Ad spend on top |
|---|---|---|---|
| BaaDigi Stability, lowest tier with paid ads | $497 x 12 + $995 setup | $6,959 | Yes, separate |
| Built-Right Digital Meta | $1,999 x 12 | $23,988 | Yes, separate |
| Hook Agency Meta Ads | $3,000 x 12, the published floor | $36,000 or more | Yes, separate |
| Roofing Revenue Marketing Elite, the tier with Meta | $4,211 x 12 + $4,211 onboarding + $575 x 12 hosting | $61,643 | Yes, $6,000 to $12,000 a month suggested |
The Roofing Revenue Marketing figure is not our estimate. The company prints "Annual Investment: $61,643" under the tier itself, which matches the arithmetic. It also bundles Google Ads, SEO, a website and reviews into that number, so it is not a like-for-like price for Meta alone. Built-Right and Hook price Meta as its own line, which makes them the cleanest comparison: about $24,000 to $36,000 a year for someone to run Facebook and Instagram ads for a roofing company.
Is pay per lead cheaper than a roofing marketing agency?
Sometimes, and it depends entirely on your close rate. Minyona publishes $50 to $200 per qualified lead and $200 to $400 per booked appointment, plus a setup fee, with no retainer. At $100 a lead, 20 leads a month is $2,000, about what Built-Right charges for Meta management alone, but with the ad spend already inside the price.
The trade is control. With pay per lead you do not own the campaign, the audience data or the ads, and if you stop paying, the flow stops with nothing left behind. With an agency running ads in your own account, you keep the account, the pixel data and every video that worked. Many roofers use leads to fill a slow quarter and their own campaigns for the long run.
Why do roofing marketing prices vary so much?
Three things explain most of the spread.
What is bundled. The highest annual figures bundle a website, search, reviews and ads. The middle of the market prices each channel separately, which is why Built-Right can show $1,999 for Meta next to $999 for Google Ads.
Who they will take on. Roofing Revenue Marketing works only with roofers above $1M in revenue and asks for a 12-month commitment. Web Tonic sets its floor at $500,000 in revenue or $15,000 a month in ad spend. Pricing at the top is partly a filter.
Contract length. BaaDigi, LokalHQ and Footbridge are month to month. Roofing Revenue Marketing is twelve months, and Skill Mammoth's website plans run 12 or 24 months. A cheaper monthly fee on a long contract can cost more than a higher fee you can cancel.
Do roofing marketing agencies include video ad creative?
Not in any way you can count. None of the ten companies with published prices says how many ad creatives or videos you get each month. Built-Right mentions ad variant layouts, Blue Collar Media Group mentions production, and Capture Video sells "Unlimited Videos" on its editing plans but still bills filming sessions of $9,750 to $11,750 separately. Hook Agency is the most direct about where Meta creative comes from: it is built "with your brand, footage, and offers".
That last line describes how most roofing Facebook ads are made in practice. The footage that works is a phone video of a real roof, shot by the owner or a crew lead on a real job, because homeowners trust the person who will be on their roof. The agency edits it, writes the copy and runs it. What the agency cannot do from its office is decide, on your roof, what to say in the first two seconds and which before shot to grab before the tear-off.
This is where we have an interest, so weigh it accordingly. Our generator writes that part: the hook and two alternates, the timed lines, the shot list and the on-screen text for a 15 to 30 second roofing ad, with the Meta cuts specified. The first brief needs no account, and Pro is $49 a month for unlimited briefs. It does not film, run ads or manage an account. Whether you hire an agency or run ads yourself, a crew that shows up with a script gives either one better footage to work with.
What should a roofer ask a marketing agency before signing?
- How many ads or videos do I get a month? Divide the fee by the count. If there is no count, ask who makes the creative and from what footage.
- Is ad spend inside the fee or on top? At every agency in the table above, Meta spend is on top.
- Do the ad account and the data belong to me? You want the Business Manager, the pixel and the lead forms in your name.
- How long is the contract, and what does leaving cost? Month to month and twelve-month terms are both common in this market.
- Will you run my ads under the Housing special ad category? Meta defines housing ads to include housing repairs, which removes ZIP code, age and gender targeting. An agency that promises targeting by ZIP for a roof repair ad has not read the rule.
- Who checks the ads against state rules? California and Florida require your license number in advertising, and Texas makes it an offense to advertise covering a homeowner's insurance deductible. We set those rules out on our roofing Facebook ads page.
What does a realistic roofing ad budget look like for a year?
Using only the published prices above, here are three ways a small or mid-size roofing company can run paid social for a year. Meta spend is extra in all of them except pay per lead.
| Approach | What you get | Fees from published prices |
|---|---|---|
| Run it yourself with scripts | Owner and crew film 2 to 4 phone ads a month from scripts, you run them in your own account | $49 x 12, about $590, plus your time |
| Agency runs Meta, you supply footage | Built-Right Meta management, footage from your crew | $23,988 |
| Pay per lead | About 20 qualified leads a month at $100 each, from Minyona's published range | About $24,000 plus the setup fee, ad spend included |
Whichever route you pick, the leads only pay if somebody calls them back fast. Roofing companies that start getting volume from Facebook usually find the bottleneck moves to the office, and some route each new lead to an estimator automatically so no inspection request sits unanswered overnight.
If you want to see what a script for your own company looks like before you talk to anyone, start with a roofing Facebook ad brief, or read how before and after ads are planned so the reveal is believable. For a wider view of what agencies charge for short-form creative, our TikTok ad agency pricing comparison runs the same arithmetic on a different market.
